I’ve developed, wrote and reviewed all kinds of documents from simple forms to lengthy standard operating procedures to complex investigations as well as articles for magazines.

I also devoted over 20 years studying and evaluating the areas of physical, mental, financial and spiritual wellness.

I know what it’s like to inform and educate others who may not understand the meaning of the data and technical lingo in order for them to apply it to their jobs or their lives.
